I have been using this product since Christmas.. and i love it.. I do have one question though.. How often are you supposed to use it? I mean i know every other day.. but how many times a day.. i go through the close wide and regular once a day.. should i be doing more?

I will share with you what I do and what professional personal trainers have shared with me in my training, ok?
For me… I do the workout every other day all at one time (during my workout).
I do not do the perfect pushup workout more than once on the days that I do it.
I do not recommend doing the workout more than once a day because you can overtrain and injure yourself.
If you are needing more intensity to make your workout harder – change your "one set max" according to the "Get Ripped Workouts" page that came with your perfect pushup.
I have worked with personal trainers for years and they have often said that it is okay to spread your workout throughout the day if that is what your schedule allows. So if your schedule is tight and you want to break up the perfect pushup workout into 3 separate portions/intervals you can do that — but I would not do the entire workout 3 times in one day.
If you follow the "get ripped workouts" schedule you should be steadily increasing the intensity/difficulty of your pushups as you gain strength.

SO I have been in shape before, but my sophomore year in high school I suffered an injury that put me in the hospital and unable to exercise for 2 years, which caused me to gain weight. Now I am looking for a efficient way to lose that weight again, does using the Perfect Pushup cause you to lose weight?
I personally have been doing these perfect push ups for quite sometime now the perfect push ups have increased my bench press from two forty to two eighty five i see more an more results every week using the perfect push ups and plan to continually using them they have also changed my body fat% from 10.5% to 7% i advise people to use them they can chang your life
I tried the product once and it felt great. However, do you think that these workouts outlined in the training manual (21 days and 2min drill) will be enough chest stimulation for an intermediate lifter? I do weighted circuits (very challenging, if you want a copy, i'll send it to you, its an MMA/grappling oriented program) on Mon and Fri and chest on Wed. Will the Perfect pushup be intense enough to use on maybe Wed and Saturday? Any insight would be great.
Ive been using the perfect pushups for over a month, about everyday or every other day. And ive noticed that i can do about twice as many as when i started. plus they are alot more challenging than normal pushups. and they put less strain on your elbows, they dont hurt your elbows like normal pushups. if you are thinking about getting them, do it, its a great prduct
