What did I receive when I ordered the Perfect Pushup?
My Perfect Pushup kit included:
- two (2) rotating perfect pushup handles
- a full color instructional poster that showed me exactly how to do the perfect pushup with correct form
- a fully customizable 21 day workout planner based on actual Navy SEAL drills that you can set up to match your current fitness level
My first impressions:
I was impressed at how sturdy these rotating pushup handles are.
The rubberized grips were very comfortable when doing my pushups.
The bases are 8" circumference and have rubber bottoms which make them sturdy and solid (no slipping or sliding)
The rotation of the handles is smooth with each pushup I do.
The swiveling action has also removed all of the strain and pain from my wrists I used to feel when doing traditional pushups.
The rotation while doing the perfect pushup is fluid through the full range of motion. I can feel it working not only the major muscles used in the regular pushup, but also the smaller synergistic muscles missed by your basic pushup
I did not get this result when I did pushups with the cheaper (read inferior) pushup handles.
This product is definitely worth the price! I really liked the FREE shipping too!
